<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing an antigen for enhancing cellular immune response is provided to enhance antigenecity to T cells. CONSTITUTION: A fusion antigen ubiquitin and ornithine decarboxylase which are conjugated to viral antigen or tumor antigen. The ubiquitin has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The ornithine decarboxylase has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The fusion antigen has ubiquitin at N-terminal of the viral antigen or tumor antigen and has ornithine decarboxylase at C-terminal. A composition for preventing or treating viral diseases contains the fusion antigen or gene encoding the antigen and protein, antigen-presenting cells, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes.</p> |
