The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for image processing a vehicle capable of reducing a load on an image transmission by setting a region of interest and transmitting only the portions that corresponds to the region of interest, and a system for image processing a vehicle using the same. The image processing apparatus of the vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a region of interest setting unit for setting a region of interest which is a region required to generate specific information among images captured by a camera; a region of interest transmission unit to transmit the information related to the necessary region set to the camera; an image of interest receiving unit to receive an image that corresponds to the region of interest from the camera; and an information generating unit to generate information using the image that corresponds to the region of interest received from the image of interest receiving unit. |
