The device comprises a chimney cap at a top of a chimney (1), and two circular water pipes (2) installed inside the top of the chimney, where the water pipes are connected by more than ten vertical water tubes (4). A lower water pipe is connected with the water inlet (5), and the upper water pipe is connected with a water outlet (6). A water pump is installed close to the water inlet.
