The present invention relates to an environment friendly bio wood plastic composite and a manufacturing method thereof, which are able to maximize the marketability of products by including bio resin originated from natural resources besides wood powder, which is a main ingredient, to improve physical properties such as compression and impact strength, and to maximize the naturalization of products. The manufacturing method of bio wood plastic composite according to the present invention comprises a step of manufacturing wood powder, which is a main ingredient, by pulverizing wood or wood chips; a step of manufacturing compounds in gel state by adding bio resins to the wood powder and mixing; and a step of molding and manufacturing a wood plastic composite by using the manufactured compounds. According to the present invention, physical properties such as compression and impact strength are improved and lightening is possible by mixing wood chips cut to a fixed length and filaments besides wood powder in the compounds. The molding property is excellent as each polymer property is expressed by mixing bio resin, rubber-based material and an additive to the compounds. Environment friendly marketability of the product is maximized by maximizing the naturalization of the products, and industrial waste is able to be reduced as recycling is possible. |
