The present invention relates to a plant cultivation device using nutrient solution-based cultivation which comprises the followings: at least one seed insertion member for inserting plant seeds; a fixing device in which the seed insertion member is installed to be possibly separated; and a nutrient solution tray storing the fixing device, and storing a nutrient solution for being supplied to the plant seeds. The plant cultivation device additionally comprises a height adjusting unit which contacts the seed insertion member to the inner bottom surface of the nutrient solution tray when the plant seeds are germinating, and separates the seed insertion member from the inner bottom surface of the nutrient solution tray to a predetermined interval when the plant seeds are growing by adjusting the height of the fixing device inside the nutrient solution tray.
