<p>The method involves describing geometry of an upper part (3) and a lower part (2) by a network of nodes. Pressure distribution is simulated on tool surfaces (9, 10) of the parts. Displacement of the nodes of the parts is determined based on a displacement function when the simulated pressure exceeds a preset value. The nodes are displaced around a determined value for obtaining a new network of nodes for the parts. A displacement determination step and a displacement step are repeated until a parameter characterizing uniformity of the pressure distribution exceeds another preset value. The upper part comprises a metal sheet holder (5) and a stamper (6). An independent claim is also included for a computer program product comprising a set of instructions for executing a method for simulative representation of a draw tool.</p> |
