The module (1) has adhesive cords (6a-6c) for defining a channel (4) for circulation of a coolant against a photovoltaic solar panel (2). A surface of a part of the panel is in contact with the coolant, where the surface is 85% higher than a total surface of the panel. A back plate (3) comprises a recess (37) for placing electric and/or electronic elements inside the module, where the recess is formed by a stamping or molding process. The back plate comprises edge lines (34.1-34.4) that project outside the panel. The panel comprises a front panel (21) and a rear panel (22). The electric and/or electronic elements are designed as electric connectors or non-return diodes.
