The device has a main body (11) formed in a cylinder shape that includes a section of a same shape of tubular elements, where the section is formed with definite dimension such that the tubular elements are engaged on ends (12, 13) of the device. A central annular part (16) defines two cylinder segments (14, 15) and consists of a shoulder on which ends of the tubular elements are pressed when the ends of the tubular elements are fitted together on the device. A central axial channel (17) longitudinally crosses the device that is made of plastic material consisting of high-density polyethylene. An independent claim is also included for a moving ramp.
