According to the present invention, a shear processing apparatus comprises: a shear dies for shear deforming a passing material; a compression means arranged in the front of the shear dies to roll the material while the material is rubbed against a part where the material is fixed in order to guarantee the generation of compressive force of the material for passing the shear dies; and a very low temperature cooling part arranged in the front of the compression means to cool the material at very low temperatures in order to shear deform the material in the shear dies at very low temperatures. According to the present invention, the shear processing apparatus can strengthen the torsional properties of a material with simple equipment specifications since a very low temperature cooling part for cooling the material at very low temperatures and a shear dies for shear deforming the material are connected and comprised in order to strengthen the torsional properties of the material by shear deforming the material after cooling the material at very low temperatures. Moreover, the present invention for generating compressive force by a fixing guide can certainly guarantee the generation of compressive force of the material to a shear dies in order to allow the material to smoothly pass through the shear dies. |
