The present invention relating to a turn signal device of a bicycle automatically operated according to a direction conversion of a handle bar in a bicycle, installs a switch lever (6) for operating a switching part at a quill stem (2) of the handle bar, installs a turn sign device (7) in a frame (3), and, in the case of selecting a direction with the handle bar when the bicycle is driven, turns on a left side switch (7-2) or a right side switch (7-1) and automatically operates a turn sign lamp. The present invention, which is an apparatus for giving a left/right turn signal only by direction conversion of the handle bar without manipulating the turn signal device of the bicycle (a left side button, a right side button), enables a user to let others know a moving direction and position of the user himself or herself, thereby preventing accidents.
