The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a tap from being transformed. Three or more entry restriction units (30,31,32), which are arranged to be parallel, protrude and are installed on both sides of the height direction located across a plurality of taps (20,21) in the each width direction. Concave spaces (3A-3E) are continuously formed in the width direction in a plurality of the entry restriction units (30,31,32) which are adjacently located across the taps (20,21). A sphere surface of a sphere body (201) inserted from the front side into a hood unit (10) is in contact with the front end of the entry restriction units (30,31,32) so that the tap is located in the different position from a peak (202) in any position among the concave spaces (3A-3E) on a plane when the peak (202) on a central axle of the sphere body (201) enters into the concave spaces (3A-3E). |
