The present invention relates to a fixing pin for transplanting seaweed in a sea bottom, and a method of transplanting seaweed in a sea bottom in which: the seaweed is transplanted using a biodegradable fixing frame so as to increase adhesive force of the transplanted seaweed to the sea bottom; and when a predetermined time is elapsed after the transplanting, a fixing material is naturally decomposed so as to prevent marine environmental pollution due to a conventional metal material. In more particular, a connecting link is disposed between entities of seaweed, such as eelgrass, by means of a biodegradable rope, so as to prevent the seaweed from being easily removed from a sea bottom by a sea current. Accordingly, while the seaweed is temporarily fixed by the biodegradable rope, the root of the seaweed is continually grown and fixed to the sea bottom to bind the entities of the seaweed to each other. While seaweed, such as eelgrass, is fixed to a sea bottom such that the seaweed can naturally grow, the biodegradable rope holding the eelgrass spoils and returns to the state of nature. Thus, a seaweed farm can be formed using an eco-friendly method without damaging the environment of natural living things. |
