The present invention relates to a method for providing a product registration service using an item of an open market. The method for providing the product registration service according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: registering a user as a member by receiving member information from a user terminal; supplying a recommender information input window to the registered member; transmitting recommender information by inputting the recommender information to the recommender information input window; supplying the item to the account of the member corresponding to the recommender information; receiving a product registration application by receiving product information from a seller terminal of a seller; reducing the item from the account of the seller; registering a product according to the product registration application; and displaying the product information of the registered product.
