Disclosed in the present invention are a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch screen comprises a substrate, a first electrode extending in a first direction on the substrate, an interlayer insulating layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the interlayer insulating layer and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction. The interlayer insulating layer may have quantum dots that induce a change of a capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode from visible light incident on the substrate. |
