The present invention relates to a double-side light receiving type solar cell and a fabrication method thereof. Particularly, the fabrication method according to the present invention, includes a) a step of forming an light active layer in a semiconductor substrate having a sacrificial layer; b) a step of forming a first front electrode in the upper part of the light active layer, attaching a first transparent substrate to the upper part of the first front electrode, and fabricating a light active layer-electrode composite; c) a step of separating the light active layer-electrode composite from the semiconductor substrate by removing the sacrificial layer; and d) a step of forming a second front electrode in a facing surface which faces the first transparent substrate of the light active layer-electrode composite, and attaching a second transparent substrate to the upper part of the second front electrode.
