<p>This imaging device comprises: an operation member that, while in a manual focus (MF) mode, is capable of operating in a first and a second direction that correspond respectively to the infinity direction and the close point direction of a focal point; a lens drive unit that drives an imaging lens along the optical axis direction; and a control unit that controls the lens drive unit in accordance with operation of the operation member and performs a focusing operation. The control unit performs a focusing operation that differs from an MF operation in accordance with a specific operation carried out with respect to the operation member.</p> |
