PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element excellent in luminous efficiency, simplifying a manufacturing process while suppressing color fluctuation due to drive voltage and manufacturing variations, and facilitating adjustment of luminous color.SOLUTION: An organic EL element 1 includes a plurality of luminous layers 16, 18 between an anode 4 and a cathode 8, and the luminous layers 16, 18 are provided while partitioned in a state where the luminous layers are adjacent each other in the in-plane direction. |
