PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flip-up seat type chair capable of being stored as a semi-finished product and being flexibly adapted to manufacturing of products of various sizes with different widths.SOLUTION: In a flip-up seat type chair, a seat frame 13 configuring a seat together with a seat plate 12 includes: a pair of side seat frames 20 each extending in the front/back direction of a chair; and a front seat frame 22 and a rear seat frame 21, which are detachably attached to the pair of side seat frames 20 and extend in the width direction of the chair. Further, components, devices and the like configuring a flip-up mechanism for the chair are provided in a concentrated manner on the side seat frames 20 and also detachably provided on a seat support shaft 33. When manufacturing flip-up type chairs of various sizes with different widths, members detachably provided on the side seat frames 20 and the seat support shaft 33 are set as common components, and the seat plate 12, the front seat frame 22, the rear seat frame 21, the seat support shaft 33 and a rear cover 30 are changed to the ones with a desired width before assembling. |
