PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object display device capable of causing an object such as an accessory of a character or the hair of the character, which is used to make a move close to the real world by performing a physical arithmetic operation, to make a move without a sense of incongruity with small calculation amounts without performing the physical arithmetic operation.SOLUTION: A polygon 45a of a skirt is preliminarily set in association with a skirt bone 45 to form an angle &bgr; with the skirt bone 45. The movement of the skirt bone 45 is controlled in accordance with the movement of a thigh bone 41. When the thigh bone 41 is inclined only by an angle α in accordance with the walking or running of a character, the skirt bone 45 and the polygon 45a are respectively inclined only by the angle α from a direction which is vertical to the ground surface. As a result, a polygon 41a and the polygon 45a do not cross each other. Thus, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of such an unnatural situation that the thigh portion of the character penetrates the skirt. |
