摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove NOx from exhaust gas by devising arrangement and structure of denitrification catalysts.SOLUTION: A denitrification apparatus 200 comprises: a supercharger 210 having a turbine 212 which rotates by exhaust gas transmitted from an engine 110, and a compressor 214 which compresses air by utilizing rotation of the turbine and introduces the compressed air to the engine; a high temperature denitrification catalyst 220 (upstream side denitrification catalyst) which is provided on the upstream side of the turbine and promotes reduction of nitric oxide contained in the exhaust gas on the upstream side; a low temperature denitrification catalyst 222 (downstream side denitrification catalyst) with activation temperature lower than that of the high temperature denitrification catalyst 220, which is provided on the downstream side of the turbine and promotes reduction of the nitric oxide contained in the exhaust gas on the downstream side; and a reducing agent introduction section 234 which introduces a reducing agent to the upstream side of the high temperature denitrification catalyst 220 and the upstream side of the low temperature denitrification catalyst 222.
