PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and system that may produce metal alkoxides in high volume with an efficient yield, in contrast to conventional metal alkoxide techniques which require large amounts of base to neutralize produced acid and use of multiple process steps to perform reaction and purification of a final product.SOLUTION: An embodiment comprises: a reactor body 70 comprising a corrosion resistant material, said reactor body having a hollow interior; a rotor 150 disposed within said hollow interior of said reactor body 70, said rotor configured to rotate and mix reaction components within said reactor body 70; a condenser 180 disposed within said hollow interior; and a temperature regulating device 80 disposed on an outside surface of said reactor body 70.
