PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor in which degradation of motor efficiency can be minimized.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 1 includes a case 2, a stator 6 fixed to the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical housing 3 of the case 2, and a rotor 41 disposed rotatably on the radial inside of the stator 6 oppositely thereto. The stator 6 includes a stator core 7 having a plurality of teeth 22 extending radially, and a segment winding 31 placed in a slot between S between the teeth 22 and wound therearound. The stator core 7 is formed by laminating a plurality of core sheets 11-16 in the axial direction while rotating in the circumferential direction, and pressure welded to the inner peripheral surface of the housing 3 and held in place. On the core sheets 11-16, a plurality of shape change parts 53 for reducing the contact area with the inner peripheral surface of the housing 3 are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction. |
