PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery technique which can inhibit a malicious user from executing recovery of a client PC.SOLUTION: A recovery system executes recovery of a client terminal by a recovery medium created in a management server. The recovery system comprises: first storage means which stores authentication data in a storage device outside of the client terminal; second storage means which stores the authentication data in the client terminal; medium creation means which creates the recovery medium including the authentication data stored in the storage device outside of the client terminal; authentication means which authenticates recovery processing on the basis of the authentication data included in the recovery medium and the authentication data stored in the client terminal when the client terminal uses the recovery medium; and recovery means which executes recovery of the client terminal by using predetermined recovery data. |
