PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device capable of more uniformly heating a heated object without using a drive mechanism such as a table, an antenna and a phase shifter.SOLUTION: A waveguide 106 has a first terminal end part 107 arranged at a side close to a microwave output part 109, and a second terminal end part 108 arranged at a side distant from the microwave output part. The whole length of the waveguide 106 is set to a value obtained by adding a length of an even-number times as long as a quarter a guide wavelength in the waveguide 106 (λg/4) to a length twice as long as an interval between the first terminal end part 107 and the center of the microwave output part 109. |
