PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small female connector and a card edge connector.SOLUTION: A female connector 23 has a housing to which a card member 15 having a card edge 17 provided with card edge terminals 18 is connected. The housing consists of an inner housing 24 in which an inner contact housing part 28, provided to face an inside internal space 26 where the card edge 17 is located, is formed, and an outer housing 37 in which an outside internal space 40 where the card edge 17 internally having a storage section 44 for storing the inner housing 24 is located, and an outer contact housing part 42 provided to face the storage section 44 are formed. A first contact 55 for connection with the card edge terminal 17 is housed in the inner contact housing part 28, and a second contact 74 coupled with a relay terminal 89 formed of a conductive material for connection with the card edge terminal 17 is housed in the outer contact housing part 42. |
