PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device in which manufacturing cost is reduced by using a component for playing both of a role of fixing a circuit board and other role.SOLUTION: An optical disk device includes a traverse chassis 22 mounted with an optical pickup unit 4, a circuit board 25 having a hole 25a and mounted in the traverse chassis 22, a guide shaft 23 movably supporting the optical pickup unit 4, and a spring 26 which supports the guide shaft 23, and one end 26a of which is inserted thorough the hole 25a to lock the circuit board 25. |
