PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device that reduces the number of component parts by imparting a lateral pressure to a rotary shaft of a motor without including a member for imparting the lateral pressure to a part of the rotary shaft of the motor at a lower part of a turn table, and makes a motor part thin.SOLUTION: An optical disk device is configured to comprise: a turn table 27 on which an optical disk is mounted; a clamper 23 that rotatably holds the optical disk by the turn table 27; a spindle motor 2 that has a rotary shaft 2a engaging with the turn table 27; and a clamp plate 24 that presses a surface on an opposite side of the turn table 27 of the clamper 23 toward a side of the turn table 27 obliquely with respect to the rotary shaft 2a. |
