<p>Provided are a wall-mounting apparatus and method for a liquid crystal display (40). The wall-mounting apparatus comprises: a horizontal rack (20), a bracket (60) for supporting the bottom of the liquid crystal display (40), and a connecting part (80) for connecting the horizontal rack (20) and the bracket (60). On the horizontal rack (20), a through hole (22) is disposed at a position corresponding to a rivet (42) disposed on the liquid crystal display (40). During assembling, the bottom of the liquid crystal display (40) is carried on the bracket (60), and the rivet (42) and the through hole (22) match and are connected, thereby enabling the liquid crystal display (40) to be fixedly connected to the wall-mounting apparatus. The bracket is disposed on the wall-mounting apparatus for the liquid crystal display (40) to decrease the number of rivets (42) of the liquid crystal display (40) and enable the liquid crystal display (40) to use a thinner back frame and a simpler design of the wall-mounting rivet (42), thereby effectively improving the reliability of the wall-mounting design. In the wall-mounting method for the liquid crystal display (40), the wall-mounting apparatus is used to implement easy, convenient, and quick wall-mounting operations for the liquid crystal display (40) and reduce the installation cost.</p> |
