The present invention relates to a frying pan with a temperature indicator which comprises the following: a temperature distribution indicating unit indicating the temperature distribution production method the surface of a cooking unit of the frying pan; and a temperature number indicating unit indicating the temperature of a metal layer on the cooking unit of the frying pan. According to the present invention, a user can visually grasp the temperature distribution on the surface of the frying pan which can be uneven during a cooking process at once, and know the temperature of the cooking unit of the frying pan by numbers for finely recognizing and adjusting the temperature of the frying pan.
