PURPOSE: A server, a method, and a terminal are provided to offer event contents to a selected subscriber terminal only among multiple subscriber terminals. CONSTITUTION: A connection maintenance part maintains communications connection with multiple subscriber terminals (S602) based on a connection request of the multiple subscriber terminals (S601). An event contents reception processing unit receives event contents from a certified register terminal (S603) and maps the received event contents and time information in which the event contents are received (S604). A time interval determining unit determines a time interval which is defined as a starting time and a closing time based on the mapped time information (S605). An event contents request processing unit selects one or more subscriber terminals which transfer an event contents request signal at the predetermined time point within the time interval among the multiple subscriber terminals (S606). An event contents providing unit provides the event contents which are received in the one or more subscriber terminals (S607).
