PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit which is manufactured by simple processing at low cost and inhibits deformation of a wheel attachment flange when a bolt is press-fitted.SOLUTION: A bearing unit comprises: an outer race member where a flange part attached to the vehicle body side is formed at an outer periphery; an inner race member which is rotatably inserted into the outer race member; and multiple rows of rolling elements disposed between these members so as to roll. A bolt 9 is press-fitted into a bolt hole provided at a peripheral part of a wheel attachment flange formed at an outer periphery of the inner race member. A recessed part is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the wheel attachment flange 7. |
