The method comprises: a user equipment detects if the data needed to be transmitted is the data of short latency communications, if yes, according to the transmission format obtained previously, transmits the data of short latency communications to the base station on the dedicated transmission resource of short latency, wherein the dedicated transmission resource of short latency is used for transmitting the data of short latency communications.
