PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extractor capable of improving operability when closing an opening of an extraction part with a lid body.SOLUTION: A lid lock mechanism L is provided which is capable of switching between a locked state where a lid body 3 is held at a closing position Ps for closing an opening 4 of an extraction part 2, and an unlocked state where the locked state is canceled. The lid body 3 is provided so as to be rockable around a rocking axial center A1 which is positioned outside the opening 4 in the extraction part 2, between the closing position Ps and a full opening position Pf farthest from the closing position Ps. An unlocked state retaining mechanism K is provided for retaining the lid lock mechanism L in the unlocked state while the lid body 3 is located from the full opening position Pf to a position just before reaching a switching position Pm between the full opening position Pf and the closing position Ps, and for canceling the retention of the lid lock mechanism L in the unlocked state while the lid body 3 is located from the switching position Pm to a position before reaching the closing position Ps. |
