PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a picture in accordance with a user's wish and to provide the photographed image to a user.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device 200 comprises: a first radio communication part that communicates with a roadside radio communication device 100 installed at a road by a first communication standard; a second communication part that communicates with a distribution server 300 by a second communication standard; a transmission part that transmits designation information for designating whether to photograph a vehicle 500 by a camera 400 or not and an in-vehicle device ID for identifying an in-vehicle device 200 to the roadside radio device 100 by the first radio communication part; a request part that requests the distribution server 300 to transmit link information indicative of a storage destination of image data photographed by the camera 400 and stored in association with the in-vehicle device ID by the second radio communication part; an acquisition part that acquires the link information from the distribution server 300 and acquires image data from the distribution server 300 on the basis of the link information in accordance with an instruction from a user; and a display part that displays the acquired image data. |
