PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease man hours required for a document form test, and to reduce work required for the test.SOLUTION: In a document form testing device 2, a document form data acquisition part 291 extracts a value embedded in an output position from a test document form preliminarily prepared on the basis of a test measurement value simulating a measurement value and acquires the value as document form data. A test measurement value acquisition part 293 acquires the test measurement value. A determination reference value setting part 295 performs calculation processing, using the test measurement value and sets a result of the calculation processing as a determination reference value. Depending on whether or not the value of the document form data coincides with the determination reference value, a document form propriety determination part 297 determines propriety of calculation contents defined in a document form item value and propriety of an association of the document form item value with an output position of the document form item value. |
