PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed information-erasing device which improves reusability of paper while solving, without introducing a special erasing device or agent, a security problem that is caused when information printed with erasable ink is erased and then restored.SOLUTION: A printed information-erasing device includes: storage means 4 which stores therein either erasable ink used to print information D on a paper sheet S or erasable ink having a quality equivalent to that of the erasable ink; area determination means 6 which determines an area in which reading needs to be prevented after the information printed on the paper sheet is erased; and first printing means 3 which prints, on the area determined, a reading prevention pattern using the erasable ink stored in the storage means. |
