PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a voltage lower than a withstand voltage to be added to a transistor even at shutdown while maintaining high-speed operation.SOLUTION: Transistors Q1P and Q1N and diodes D1P to DNP and D1N to DNN are provided in an input circuit, and transistors Q3 and Q5, resistors RLP, RLN, RQ3S, and RQ4S, and diodes DL1 to DLL are provided in an output circuit. Current-source transistors Q2P and Q2N, resistors RS1P and RS1N, bias current sources JBIAS1P and JBIAS1N, and switches SW1P and SW1N are provided in a constant-current-source circuit for the input circuit, and a transistor Q5, a resistor RSL, a bias current source JBIAS2, and a switch SW2 are provided in a constant-current-source circuit for the output circuit. During a normal operation, the switches SW1P, SW1N, and SW2 select terminals VCS1P, VCS1N, and VCS20, and during shutdown, the switches select terminals VOFF1P, VOFF1N, and VOFF2. |
