PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell which enables flow cells having optical path lengths different from each other to be attached to one optical system without reducing light quantity in comparison with conventional one and causing problems in positional relationship on an optical axis and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided the flow cell in which a light introduction member for introducing measurement light into a linear capillary 1 where a sample solution is made to flow is attached to one end of the capillary 1, and a light leading out member which leads out light transmitted through the capillary 1 to the outside while transmitting the sample solution flowing in the capillary 1 is attached to the other end of the capillary 1. In the flow cell, the light introduction member comprises an optical waveguide 5 inserted into the capillary 1, and the light leading out member comprises a window member 8 attached to an opening at the other end of the capillary 1. Thus, flow cells 10 having different optical path lengths can be attached while loss of quantities of light transmitted through capillaries 1 is suppressed without causing the problem in positional relationship on an optical system of an absorbance detection device or the like. |
