This demand response method comprises: an acquisition step (S11) for acquiring a plurality of DR contracts scheduled to be implemented during a target period; a determination step (S13) for determining, for each of the plurality of DR contracts, whether the content of electric power demand-supply adjustment requested by said DR contract is implementable or not; a creation step (S14) for creating a DR scenario that can be implemented during the target period, said DR scenario being a combination of two or more DR contracts; and an extraction step (S17) for extracting, from among one or more DR scenarios that have been created, a DR scenario in which, when one or more electric instruments are operated in accordance with said DR scenario, the total value of the electric power demand-supply adjustment amount of each of the one or more electric instruments satisfies the contract conditions of each of the two or more DR contracts included in said DR scenario. |
