The mounting has a top rail track (1) that is located below a rail head. The two frame halves (4) of a frame are supported by a pair of elastic bracket (5). The frame halves and two wedge-shaped resilient intermediate layers (2,3) extend over the entire height of the rail track. One of intermediate layers extend up to the lower edge of the rail head, and the frame halves are curved outwards in the region of rail head and coupled together with the rail head to form a grooved rail.
