<p>The present invention relates to fingolimod mucate, a crystal form A thereof and a preparation method for the fingolimod mucate and the crystal form A thereof. The crystal form A has characteristic peaks in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern obtained by the diffraction of Cu Kalpha rays when 2theta is about 6.1, 9.1, 12.2, 14.9, 15.7, 17.8, 18.5, 19.6, 20.6, 21.4, 21.8, 22.5 and 24.5 degrees. The present invention also relates to the application of the crystal form A to the preparation of a medicament which is taken as a sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptor modulator, in particular to the application of the crystal form A to the preparation of a medicament which is taken as an immunomodulator. In addition, the present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the fingolimod mucate or the crystal form A and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.</p> |
