The present invention relates to a peeling device for fruits and vegetables. The peeling device for fruits and vegetables according to the present invention includes a body cylinder; a peeling unit which rotates around a central axial line of the body cylinder inside the body cylinder and is placed on the upper side; and a peeling rotary disc having an upward-rounding unit which is gently projected upward to the outer side of a radial direction along the outer circumference. Therefore, the peeling device can improve the efficiency of peeling fruits and vegetables by evenly distributing fruits and vegetables which are concentrated to the outer side of the radius of the peeling rotary disc by utilizing an eddy phenomenon. Furthermore, fruits and vegetables are actively mixed by the eddy phenomenon so that the present invention uniformly peels each part of the fruits and vegetables. |
