The present invention relates to a general-purpose synthetic resin mask using a Velcro inserting type of filter exchange mode, and an injection molding apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The general-purpose synthetic resin mask using a Velcro inserting type of filter exchange mode according to an embodiment of the present invention for accomplishing the purpose, comprises: a mask guide (10) which supports a filter inserting part (20a) therein in a border shape, and which is made from synthetic resin together with the filter inserting part (20a) by injection molding using an upper mold and a lower mold; and a filter-attaching Velcro (30) which is placed on the front of each of four filter-attaching Velcro forming parts of the lower mold in an injection molding process for the mask guide (10) and the filter inserting part (20a), and which is inserted and fixed through each of four Velcro inserting holes of the upper mold so as to be formed at the mask guide (10). Therefore, the present invention reduces manufacturing time remarkably by one-stop type injection molding using a mold, and provides sanitary effect by filter replacement. |
