A measurement method and a corresponding device of the measurement method. The method comprises: obtaining, by a network management system or a network element, first indication information, the first indication information being used for instructing to select a mobile terminal performing a performance measurement task or a minimization drive test (MDT) task according to carrier aggregation (CA) information (101); and selecting, by the network management system or the network element according to the first indication information, the mobile terminal to perform the performance measurement or MDT measurement on a target cell(102). According to the method and the corresponding device, it is implemented that, in a CA scenario, a base station may select the target cell to perform pertinent performance measurement or MDT measurement on a mobile terminal of a secondary cell and/or a primary cell, which improves positioning veracity of a network problem. |
