摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the velocity of a blood flow using a pulse waveform of a hall element pulsimeter and a plethysmograpy that may combine the pulse waveform of the radial artery of a human body detected from a magnetic hall element pulsimeter with a plethysmogram detected from a finger to be able to measure the velocity of a blood flow more easily and quickly. The apparatus includes a pulse wave sensing unit for sensing the pulse of radius; a plethysmogram measuring unit that is installed at the end of a finger and detects the plethysmogram of a user by using a photo-plethysmograpy using a characteristic of absorbing an IR light by the oxyhemoglobin (HbO<sub>2</sub>) of alterial blood; and a microcomputer that is electrically connected to the pulse wave sensing unit and the plethysmogram measuring unit, previously inputs the distance between the wrist of a radial artery part and a thumb nail, finds the peak value of a radial artery waveform and the peak value of the plethysmogram, finds a temporal value through mutual subtraction, and divides the length between the wrist of the radial artery part and the thumb nail by the temporal value to find the velocity of a blood flow.</p>
