PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate, a suspension, a suspension with a head, and a hard disk drive that are able to reduce differential impedance while suppressing occurrence of electric short circuit resulting from ion migration between two wires composing a pair of differential wires.SOLUTION: Each of wires 14a and 14b on a suspension substrate 10 has a portion whose width is greater than the width of the bottom surface thereof in the direction of thickness thereof.
