PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous resin composition having low foaming property and excellent defoaming property even when the composition foams, and thereby, hardly inducing defects in a formed coating film, and to provide a resin composition giving a cured film that gives excellent hardness, scratch resistance, transparency, contamination resistance and durability to an object to be coated.SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises: a polymer which has a hydroxyl group and a fluoroalkyl group and has a weight average molecular weight of 1000 or more; a hydrocarbon-based monomer which contains one or more groups selected from a (meth)acryloyl group and a vinyl group; 0.01 to 25 wt% of a saturated hydrocarbon; and a solvent having an SP value of 10.0 or less. |
