PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproofness of a display panel, without losing the replacement workability of an advertisement paper in a display panel, without applying working or the like to a notice such as an advertisement in a display device represented by a signboard or the like.SOLUTION: The cross-sectional shape of an elastic body provided in the frames of both side surfaces of a panel is set to be a shape of an approximate semicircle, a plane part is used as a fixed part to the frame, and a groove is provided in the longitudinal direction of the elastic body and in parallel with the plane part, to enable rotation around a groove bottom part as a support point. A plate is attached to the rotating-part-side surface of the groove, a lever is provided at one end of the plate, and the fixed part of the elastic body is fixed to a fixed surface in the frame. A latching part for the lever is provided on the rear side of the frame or a rear panel. When the lever is rotated, the elastic body is rotated around the groove bottom part of the elastic body as the support point. When the lever is fixed to the latching part, the rotating part of the elastic body comes into tight-contact with the panel, to prevent the entry of water. |
