PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery device and a charging state measurement method, capable of allowing improvement in SOC measuring accuracy in low costs.SOLUTION: A current measuring circuit measures discharge current and charging current, based on a voltage generated in a resistor which is affected by charging current and discharge current of a secondary battery circuit. A switch circuit is arranged between an input terminal of the current measuring circuit and the resistor, and switches the measuring connection state of the resistor and the current measuring circuit so that the current measuring circuit measures discharge current in a first period and charging current in a second period. A control section calculates charging state of the secondary battery circuit by using an output of the current measuring circuit. |
