A cutter comprises a driving spindle 7, Figs. 1, 2, 4 (not shown), slots 8 at varying radii, joined by core slots 12, and blades 15 held in the slots by retaining pins 19. In a modification, Figs. 7-9 (not shown), three sets of slots 34 are provided, driving spindle 41 is located in a conical bush 42 of elastic material, and a lid 45 pivoted at 46 is provided for the storage of a set of blades. In a further modification, Figs. 10, 11 (not shown), four sets of six blade slots are provided, the sets 55 and 56 having the same radii, and the sets 57, 58, having the same radii, which are different to those of sets 55, 56. The blades may be flat or of arcuate cross-section, and may have cutting edges 76, 77, Fig. 16 (not shown), and the cutter body may be formed of zinc alloy. |
